About Our Attorneys

Carolann A. Swanson is a Florida attorney, and is a Florida Circuit Civil Mediator and Supreme Court of Florida Qualified Arbitrator.  She is available to conduct mediations and arbitrations in Circuit Civil matters and mediations for cases before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. 
 
Carolann has practiced law in Florida state and federal courts and Florida Administrative Courts.  She has participated in and acted as a neutral mediator and arbitrator in hundreds of litigation matters, including complex commercial and construction litigation matters, and offers rolling mediation services.  
 
Carolann is committed to the dispute resolution process, and believes that even the most complex cases may be resolved through persistent hard work and commitment of the parties.
